Learning from the best!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been three months since I joined the team at Now Then Energy - and I’m no longer the newbie! We welcomed Nick two month ago, which has made the team feel even more dynamic.

I was initially drawn to Now Then Energy because I’d worked with Ben before and knew the kind of culture and values he brings to a business. The fact that it’s a smaller company than I’ve worked in previously was also a big draw - it promised more variety in my day-to-day work, and that’s exactly what I’ve found. I’ve been able to lean on my industry experience while still learning from the experience of my colleagues.

One of the biggest surprises has been how a smaller team can actually mean more time to focus on clients. With fewer layers and distractions, I’ve found we can really consider the client journey end-to-end - thinking not just about what they need now, but what opportunities might benefit them in the future.

Whilst I’m still learning the ropes at Now Then Energy, I feel positive about how things are going and looking forward to the projects we have in the pipeline.
