Fairly - no - very happy

An update from Andrew

“How’s it going? How have the past 3 – 4 months been for you?” is not perhaps the first thing you want to hear early on a Monday morning.

Joining Tim and Ben at the start of March and jumping back into CHP, and the rigours of CHPQA and CCL, has been invigorating – familiar subject matter but with new spreadsheets (quite a lot of spreadsheets, actually) and new routines has certainly proved to be an enjoyable experience.

The ethos here at Now Then Energy is that we are working hard for clients, each other and ourselves. Observing both Ben and Tim’s ‘always on’ commitment to providing customer service is great to see – it is always a leap of faith in starting a new role and, in this case, for Tim and Ben as much as myself. Early days, and first impressions, auger well for a future in which the underlying sentiment is always: if I was the grower, what would I want my energy manager/consultant to do?

In my case, in addition to simply ‘do some work’, it is looking to make difference to Now Then Energy’s growing horticulture portfolio (was that pun intended?), and help in solidifying the strong collegiate, Teams-based atmosphere adhering to having autonomy, purpose and mastery about what we do, know and deliver.

“So, yeah, both Ben and I are fairly happy with the way things are going. And you?”

Very happy.
